Electrostatic Precipitators, or Electrostatic Filters, are equipment widely used in Atmospheric Emissions Control. They work by ionizing the particles in the gas stream through high-voltage electrodes, which attract them to oppositely charged collecting plates, and are applied to separate and collect particulate materials from gas streams with high efficiency.
